How to Assemble a Collapsible Rigid Box

3. Peel away the protective backing paper from the triangular double-sided adhesive tape in each of the four corners.
4. Pull the front and back side panels upward at a 90-degree angle.
5. Carefully align the adjacent edges so the corners sit perfectly flush and square.
6. Press the adhesive corners firmly from the inside, then run your fingers down the inner seams to lock the tabs into place.
7. Leave the empty, assembled boxes to rest for 2 to 5 minutes before filling them with heavy items, so the high-tack adhesive cures completely.

Magnetic-panel boxes:

1. Place the collapsed box on a flat surface and fold the pre-scored hinge lines inward.
2. Raise the four side panels to a 90-degree angle until the concealed neodymium magnets in the side walls meet and hold.
3. Fold the top lid over and let the front flap lower against the base — the lid magnets grab and snap shut with a click.
4. No adhesive or curing time is needed, and the box can be pulled apart and folded flat again for reuse.
