Returning an order is every customer's right; however, we have a few considerations in place that every customer must know before placing their order or returning one. Custom Boxes Lane has been serving its customers with dedication for a very long time and prioritizes their needs. These policies are carefully analyzed and crafted after taking into account the well-being of both the customer and the company.
Every purchase made through Custom Boxes Lane is final, and customers cannot request a refund. However, a return can be made under certain conditions. We do not offer any exchanges or returns except when the company has made an obvious mistake or overlooked a specific instruction. In case of an obvious mistake on our part, the company is liable to provide you with another order under a few conditions.
Please Note: Refunds won’t be issued for any design services orders that have been successfully processed.
Every customer must remember that once you confirm an order with us and the production starts, there’s very little the company can do for you. This is why every customer needs to double-check the information that they need printed on the box.
Due to the number of orders we receive, we cannot guarantee that we proofread every single text for spelling or grammar errors. Custom Boxes Lane is not responsible for any errors in the spelling, punctuation, or grammar made by the customer.
However, if we have made an error in printing and provided you with authorization, you can send us the order back so we can rework.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled because the customer has a change of heart or the order requires any changes. We are not a stock packaging company but a customized one. This means that every business we deal with has unique requirements and a different logo. We cannot ship your cancelled order to any other business because of its uniqueness.
Once you have received your order, you are bound to check the packaging for any damage and report it to both the courier service and the company. You must inform Custom Boxes Lane within 3 days after you have received your damaged order. Have a look at the following points in case you receive a damaged order:
Note: Claims filed on the 4th day after receiving the order will not be processed, and no customer can hold Custom Boxes Lane accountable.
A few conditions to remember when sending back your order are important for every customer to avoid any problems in the future. Once you have received an authorization from us, you are liable to send us 99% of the packaging from your order. You must confirm the return of your items within 10 days after you received the damaged order. We reserve the right not to re-work or even consider your return if it’s sent without prior approval and after the 10 days of its delivery date.
Please keep in mind that Custom Boxes Lane is not responsible for refunding charges for rush printing and priority shipping. Yes, if the return authorization is made, we will rework on the boxes and send them to you, but you will not get the rush printing and shipping charges back in your account.
Once entered the production stage, no order can be cancelled. There is no refund available once your order has entered the production stage.
Once we have received your order that was damaged or needed re-printing, please allow Custom Boxes Lane to send you the items back within 15-20 business days. Our customer service is available to provide you with help every step of the way.
